A successful event: from the entrance to the VIP tent
At the beginning of September, the 179th edition of Waregem Koerse took place. As part of our annual tradition, we set up the 15 x 40 m Willy Naessens VIP tent, as well as an artists’ tent and a catering tent.
With several pagoda tents and a spacious covered terrace with partial side enclosure, the event infrastructure was fully equipped.
The setup not only offered a perfect view of the horse races, but also provided the setting for the Willy Naessens Hat Trophy ceremony and several live performances.
A tailor-made event experience
A successful event is about more than just an attractive setting. The comfort and overall experience of visitors are equally important. That is why, together with our partners, we also took care of the further furnishing and finishing of the event space.
Deco-Fact provided the covering and finishing, Alkover supplied the mobile toilet units, and Expofloorcoverings provided the carpeting.
Together, we brought all the elements together to create one comfortable and complete event solution.
